All content, including but not limited to: copywritten text, localized copywriting, catering package structures, menu descriptions, recipes, the custom interactive software code of the order constructor (Order Wizard), graphical layouts, styling structures, brand logos, and proprietary custom images (including team portraits and culinary food photography), is the exclusive intellectual property of Culinarissimo Catering (the "Company") and is fully protected under the Israel Copyright Act of 2007.
The Company retains all exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, translate, adapt, display, or modify any materials published on this Site.
2. Strict Prohibition on Commercial Copying & Cloning
Copying, replicating, translating, decompiling, cloning, republishing, or utilizing in any manner the frontend code, CSS classes (including Tailwind CSS structures), interactive layouts, custom widgets, or copywritten text to build competing or similar services is strictly prohibited.
Any unauthorized appropriation of the interactive designer wizard logic or style coordinates constitutes direct copyright infringement and unfair competition.
3. Prohibition of Web Scraping & AI Model Ingestion
Data mining, harvesting, and web scraping of menu prices, package lists, images, or business contacts using automated crawlers, spiders, scripts, or bots are strictly forbidden.
Ingestion, caching, downloading, scraping, or processing of any text, images, database entities, or code from this website to train, align, fine-tune, or benchmark Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI systems, diffusion architectures, or machine learning models is STRICTLY PROHIBITED without a prior, express written licensing agreement from the Company. Technical directives for automated agents are published in llm.txt and robots.txt on this domain.
4. Enforcement & Legal Remedies
The Company actively monitors global search engines and competing domains for unauthorized replication of our content, custom images, and interactive system files.
In the event of an intellectual property violation, the Company will immediately seek the following remedies:
1. Issuing formal DMCA Takedown Notices to hosting providers, DNS registries, search engines, and ad networks to immediately shut down and block the infringing web property.
2. Filing a civil lawsuit in the competent District Courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, seeking maximum statutory damages (including statutory damages without proof of actual loss up to 100,000 ILS per violation under the Israeli Copyright Law), reimbursement of all legal fees and expert fees, and immediate injunctive relief.
