Impeccable Timing & Honest Food
Most event organizers and hosts face two main headaches with mobile catering — broken commitments and questionable food quality. Logistics delays, waiter hustle right in front of arriving guests, and ruined timing turn event preparation into sheer stress. Meanwhile, the food itself often turns out to be mass-produced central kitchen output: deep freezing, preservatives, and a periodic table of food additives for long shelf life instead of authentic restaurant flavor.
Culinarissimo completely changes this approach, taking 100% responsibility for your event's culinary success. Our team always arrives at the venue well in advance to assemble stations, set tables, and finish full service setup before your very first guest arrives. We source exclusively fresh ingredients for each specific event right before the date, strictly avoid ultra-processed semi-finished products, and cook following the principles of clear, clean, and wholesome cuisine. You simply enjoy your event, while we handle every detail of timing and quality with you turnkey.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will there be enough food, and how large are the portions?
Our philosophy is rooted in culinary abundance. No guest leaves hungry. All our packages are designed with generous margins, ensuring a plentiful and continuous flow of exceptional food throughout your entire event.
Does Culinarissimo offer kosher catering?
We provide three distinct culinary tracks: non-kosher, kosher meat, and kosher dairy. Our kosher selections are strictly prepared according to kashrut standards using certified kosher ingredients (currently operating without an official Teudat Kashrut). We also cater Friday evening and Saturday events; however, dishes served during Shabbat are not officially classified as kosher.
How is pricing structured, and are there any hidden fees?
We maintain absolute transparency with a strict turnkey pricing model. Your final quote seamlessly incorporates a 15% service fee, 18% VAT (Ma'am), nationwide logistics, and premium disposable tableware. The price you see is the final price—no hidden extras.
Who manages the catering execution on-site?
Executive Brand Chef Leon Zohar personally leads our culinary team at your venue. We guarantee the highest echelon of off-premise hospitality: immaculate presentation, precision timing, and dishes served at their absolute peak.
Which regions in Israel do you serve?
We operate unconditionally across the entirety of Israel: Central District, Tel Aviv & Gush Dan, Northern and Southern Israel, Jerusalem, as well as the Golan Heights and Eilat. Delivery logistics are already integrated into your package.
What is the minimum order requirement?
Our standard minimum booking is for 20 guests. For intimate gatherings of 12–17 guests, simply reserve the 20-guest package. Your party will enjoy a lavish feast, and we will elegantly package the remaining delicacies for you to enjoy later.
Do you provide tableware, linens, and furniture?
Every package includes a full suite of premium, eco-friendly disposable tableware, cutlery, and napkins (no return required). While furniture, glassware, and linens are not included by default, we can seamlessly arrange a comprehensive rental service upon request.
How do you accommodate vegans, children, or guests with allergies?
Our Chef personally reviews all dietary requirements, crafting exquisite, dedicated alternatives (vegan, gluten-free, tailored children’s meals) to ensure every guest experiences our signature hospitality.
How far in advance should I book?
For a flawless planning experience, we recommend booking at least 10 days prior to your event. For urgent requests, please contact us immediately, and we will swiftly assess our kitchen's availability.
Are beverages and alcohol included?
Culinarissimo’s primary focus is culinary excellence. You are invited to provide your own beverages and alcohol with absolutely no corkage fees. Alternatively, a bespoke bar service can be arranged upon request.
How do I secure my date, and what payment methods are accepted?
Your date is exclusively secured upon receipt of a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is settled on-site at the conclusion of your event. We accept Bit, major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Please note that bank checks are not accepted.
When can I expect to hear back after submitting my request?
A dedicated event manager will contact you within one business day. For immediate assistance, simply click 'Contact Us Now' on the confirmation screen to launch a WhatsApp chat, with your order ID pre-attached.
When is the deadline to adjust the guest count or menu?
You may refine your guest count and menu selections up to 7 business days prior to your scheduled event.
What is your cancellation policy?
In strict compliance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, cancellations made 7 or more business days before the event receive a full refund (less a statutory 5% or ₪100 fee). For cancellations within 7 business days, the cost of already-procured fresh ingredients is non-refundable.
